❌ Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a full cancellation fee.
- Bookings made under 100% advance promo offers are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-amendable.
💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds (as per cancellation rules) will be processed by the bank.
- Typically, refunds reflect in your next billing cycle.
- It may take 30–45 business days for the credit to appear depending on your bank.
🛏️ Room Reservations & Group Bookings
- For guaranteed bookings, please cancel/amend at least 30 days in advance.
- Cancellations/amendments within 30 days or less will incur retention charges.
- 🧳 Early check-outs will also attract charges for the unused nights.
- Non-cancellable / non-amendable bookings are strictly non-refundable.
👶 Child Policy
- 🧒 Children up to 6 years stay free in the parent’s room (max 2 kids).
- 🛏️ One extra child bed can be provided free of charge.
- 👧 Children above 6 years will be charged additionally.

- Need an extra bed? We can set it up for ₹1,200 + tax.
