These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your stay and the services provided by Hotel Indore Palace, Shirdi. By booking a room or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. 📝 Booking and Payment
- ✅ Booking Confirmation: A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- 💳 Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment (in INR) is required to confirm your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer
- Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged additionally.
❌ Cancellation Policy:
- 🗓️ More than 7 days before check-in: 10% cancellation fee applies.
- 🕒 Within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
- 🌧️ Force Majeure: Refunds or alternative options may be offered at management’s discretion.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Respect for hotel property and fellow guests is expected. Damages will be chargeable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Shirdi, Maharashtra.
